and predict with a
group where you

will travel. If you
were Flat Stanley,
where would you
want to travel?
Discuss in small
group.

Students will pull different
objects out of a box and
identify/match the object
with the correct
job/profession. Students can
then assume the role of one
of the jobs and act out what
that community helper does.

classroom rules
that you think we
should have in our
classroom. Talk
about why you
think they are good
rules.

Write an All About
Book about ways
that you can help
someone. Must
include at least 3
pages (facts) and
