Body image in the media also affects the way people perceive themselves and
this can lead someone to use a fad diet, which in turn can lead them to develop
an eating disorder.

A web-link on the schools webpage that will have the following:
Healthy eating education.( food pyramid, my plate, Daily servings, Exercisesetc.)
What a healthy body looks like. (Body image in the media, Advertisementsetc.)
The signs, symptoms and risks to unhealthy eating.
People and places to contact for help or further information.

Another possible solution is to educate students of the risks of unhealthy eating throughout the
school year by the use of assemblies.
