RE: Briefing motion regarding addition of another member to the

license of Rose City Finish Carpentry LLC.

Recitals: Whereas Ivan Vechtomov and Irina Vechtomov are the

owners of Rose City Finish Carpentry LLC. And Konstantin Cheredayko is
the additional party that would be added to the license of the above
mentioned company to operate as the co-owner of the above mentioned
company.

This Briefing was held at the owner residence to discuss the motion of
above mentioned issue. We, Owners, are considering adding another
member to our company to operate in Construction business as co-owner
of our company. By much deliberation in discussion of this question and
voting on this issue we the owners have decided to grant to Konstantin
Cheredayko to be the part of our company and have the full right and
responsibility as owner and operator of our company.
