Spinach
& Paneer Salad & Naan
Bread
With Minty Yogurt And
Curry Sauce On The
Side

Ingredient List:
1. of 283 g jar Patak's jalfrezi paste
2. lemon
3. 1x300 g quality rump steaks
4. 125g fat-free natural yoghurt
5. a few sprigs fresh mint
6. lemon
7. 100 g prewashed baby spinach
8. packet alfalfa sprouts
9. 1 punnet cress
10. large carrot
11. 75 g Tasty cheese
12. lemon
13. of 283 g jar Patak's jalfrezi paste
14. 100 ml light coconut milk
15. olive oil
16. extra virgin olive oil
17. sea salt
18. black pepper
Method:
1. Gather all ingredients on the table
2. Then cut the fat of the steak on chopping board
3. After place the steak into a frying pan with jalferzi paste, lemon and salt and pepper and set aside
4. Then in a sauce pan pour jalfrezi paste and coconut milk
5. Then place the curry sauce and meat onto the stove on a medium heat for both. Turn the meat every
minute and stir curry sauce every minute
6. Then pour the spinach in a bowl with some cress, alfalfa sprouts and peel some carrots in a ribbon shape
7. Then check up on the steak and flip over
8. Then stir the curry sauce
9. Then chop up some cheese and place into a fry pan in order for it to golden
10. Then pour the yogurt into a bowl with finely sliced mint, lemon and salt and stir before serving.


11. Then check on the cheese if they are golden place into the salad
12. After you have turned over the meat a couple of times place onto chopping board
13. Then slice and place in resting juices
14. Then take curry of stove when thickened and place in bowl
15. Serve the salad, curry sauce , minty yogurt and the cut up steak served onto a plate
16. If you would like to garnish the dish squeeze and bit of lemon onto the salad and add a bit of parsley
onto the steak
