Football Training Courses for Children Aged 7-14.

These are the only courses of their kind in France and will be delivered by club certified coaches
using the distinct flair of the Arsenal methodology. The courses are open to boys and girls of all
abilities. Children do not need to attend IST in order to be eligible but instruction will be in
English.

Participants will work on their individual skills as well taking part in small-sided games and
competitions. An assortment of prizes and awards will be presented at the end of the coaching
course and all children will receive an official certificate.

Each group will contain a maximum of 16 players, thus ensuring that coaches will be able to give
plenty of individual attention and advice to all participants, regardless of their ability level. The
major emphasis of the coaching sessions is for children to have fun and improve their skills whilst
making new friends and raising their level of self-confidence in a safe and professionally
structured environment.

Course Times:
Junior Gunners = 7 to 10 year olds
9.00am to 12.30pm (including a 30 minute break)
Senior Gunners = 11 to 14 year olds
2.00pm to 5.00pm
Children should aim to arrive 15 minutes before coaching begins and be collected promptly at the
end of the coaching session.

What to Bring:
All courses will take place on Astroturf. Participants need to bring suitable footwear (trainers or
boots with a moulded stud or blades). Plenty of water (no fizzy drinks), a hat and sunscreen if
required. All children are encouraged to wear shin-guards and to bring waterproof clothing as
appropriate.

Enrolment:
Places are limited so early booking is advised. All places must be pre-booked and pre-paid by
completing the accompanying enrolment form. For administrative purposes, please provide a
separate cheque for each soccer school. These will only be cashed prior to the commencement
of each course.
