Who was Pythagoras?

His most famous mathematical discovery was

found if using his Theorem. Although there is no
proof that Pythagoras actually made the
Pythagorean Theorem, but we trust that theory.
He was also said to have found the proof to it.
The babylonians were credited of making it. His
other mathematical contribution was that notes
in music could determined with mathematical
equations. This was called the Pythagorean
Tuning.

What is the Pythagorean Theorem?

It is the way to find any side of a right triangle. It
can be found by using this equation: a2+b 2=c2
and using this diagram.
