How to Register for Classes
1. Go to www.mona.uwi.edu
2. Scroll down to Online Systems on the left side of the page
3. Click on SAS
4. Enter Secure Area
5. Enter your ID Number and Password (your password is your birthdate in the format
YYYYMMDD) and login
6. Student Services
7. Registration
8. Select Term
9. From the pull-down menu, select 2013/2014 Semester I then Submit
10. Look up Classes to Add
11. Class Search
12. From the Search by Term pull-down menu which appears, select 2013/2014 Semester I
then submit (THIS MAY NOT APPLY ON ALL COMPUTERS)
13. In the Subject section search for MDSC Medical Sciences
14. Scroll over the other categories until Campus, where you will select Mona
15. Course Level Undergraduate
16. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Class Search
17. Tick the Select boxes for the required lectures, labs and tutorials for each course [SHOWN
BELOW]
***NOTE: THE NAME OF THE INSTRUCTOR DOES NOT MATTER IN THIS
REGISTRATION!!!! THE AIM IS SIMPLY TO ENSURE YOU ARE REGISTERED FOR
THE REQUIRED LECTURES, LABS AND TUTORIALS FOR ALL YOUR COURSES
18. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Register
19. Return To Menu near the bottom of the list is Registration Status and Financial
Clearance. Select this to ensure you are registered for your courses**
20. Repeat Steps 11-16 however this time registering for 2013/2014 Semester II
