Amends the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007


WHY IS IT THE BEST SOLUTION?
Support DOEs loan programs to improve vehicle technologies and
infrastructure.
Increase energy security and reduce dependence on foreign oil
Provide workforce training grants to community colleges and other
higher education institutions



WHY SHOULD YOU CARE?
The amount of asthma cases are increasing
