Who is the responsible in these accidents?
The seller or the buyer?
That's why the incoterms are essential in any commercial transaction
Created in 1936 by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC)
It is used to define the responsibilities between the buyer and seller in a international buy and sell
Incoterms regulate who assumes:

Cost of transportation ,documentation and freight.


Risk for any kind of Maritime accident .


Where it is produced delivery of the goods.
The sale is at origin .

The transportation way used is only maritime.

The seller assumes the cost of : Packaging, Internal
transportation, customs arrangements, and load on the
transport.

The seller must place the goods on board the vessel at
the port of shipment specified in the contract.

Risks: Pass from Seller to Buyer once goods are
placed on board the vessel on the Sellers side.
