Hockey sixes is a very popular fast-paced international version of field hockey.

Played on a 180ft by 130ft pitch

(effectively across half a regulation size hockey field) with 6 players per team and side boards to keep the ball inbounds during
play. Teams can score from anywhere on the field and there is no D or Circle, and games are played to outdoor rules, which
means hitting and aerials are all allowed. Hockey Sixes is a fun and exciting hockey format and a fantastic opportunity to play
quick competitive games with friends.
With different age divisions over a 3-day period, this is will be a great pre-season tournament for middle-school
and high-school field hockey athletes.
To participate you can either register as an individual player and we will assign you to a team, or you can assemble your
own team. Each team roster can have no more than 8 players, goalie is optional, you can either play with 6 field players
or 5 field players and a goalie.
The cost per player is $30 for each play day, you can register as an individual player or register a team roster of 8 players
on our website www.mkefhc.com. The cost includes a Hockey Sixes tournament t-shirt.
