The entry process was not well managed in Cambodia hence some dierence between the
paper !uestionnaire and the "# entries
$ive districts hardcopy !uestionnaires are missing in Cambodia and Kevin is currently tracing
them

suspicious entries captured&

#eore the inal approval o completed entries by the agencies, R% will go through the error logs
and ascertain correction states&
