Definition

Visual merchandising is the activity and profession of developing the floor plans and three
dimensional displays in order to maximise sales. The purpose of such visual merchandising is to
attract, engage and motivate the customers towards making a purchase.

Objective

Redesign and restructure current sales floor to increase the effiency of visual merchandising
concept and to create a new pleasing environment that will capture consumer attention and
translate into increase sales.

Sales Floor Layout and Design

Sales floor consists of eight categories and need to be stategic allocated for creating a proper and
efficent traffic flow among all categories in the floor. Sales floor with suitable layout and design
is the key factor in the most effective of space.
