RE : Minor Changes in XU-CSG Office Address

Last summer, Xavier University-Central Student Government saw the need to adjust its room
assignments at the Student Center Building in order to address office accessibility and internal human
traffic concerns. Upon the approval of Mr Ivanell R Subrabas, OSA Director, the following adjustments of
office spaces are made:

Student Center 205 (StC 205) serves as the Executive Office of the student government. All
official executive businesses and transactions of XU-CSG are conducted inside this office space.
Student Center 206 (StC 206) serves as the Student Leaders Lounge of the student government.
This office space will be maximized both as tambayan area for XU-CSG officers, staff and as
working space during events organized or coordinated by your student government.
Student Center 207 (StC 207) serves as the Judiciary and Autonomous Units Office of the
student government. The third office space of XU-CSG at the second floor of the Student Center
Building will be utilized as the latest headquarters of the Supreme Constitutional Court (SCC),
Commission on Audit (COA), Electoral Commission (ELECOM), and Students Rights and
Welfare (STRAW). All businesses and transactions of XU-CSG related to judicial, electoral, audit,
and students rights matters are conducted inside this office space.
Student Center 603 (StC 603) is utilized as a stock room of XU-CSG. All props and creative
paraphernalia are stored inside this room. This office space was previously used as headquarters
of SCC and the autonomous units.

The XU-CSG offices at the second floor of the Student Center will soon be named in honor of Filipino
Jesuit personalities. The decision on this matter will be posted soon.
