My!name!is!Pamela!Heinke!and!I!am!a!RN!working!on!my!credentialing!project!to!a!RN!Level!III.!!I!am!working
closely!with!Barb!Wenger!and!Glen!Peterson!on!making!a!separate!Policy!for!our!HSCT!patients!for
neutropenia.!!I!would!like!to!submit!this!Policy!for!review!to!the!committee.!!I!have!already!been!to!the
guidelines!committee!for!this!Policy!on!May!21st!and!they!informed!me!that!it!needs!to!be!a!Policy.!!I!would
love!to!have!the!opportunity!to!present!this!on!June!18,!2014.
I!have!attached!the!Screening!Tool!and!the!Policy!for!review.
