Use this form if you want to apply for a permit to settle in Sweden. You must also use this form when applying for an
extension of your residence permit. Children under 18 must apply on a special form called Application for
residence permit for a child under the age of 18 years to settle in Sweden MIGR 163011.
(NOTE! EU/EEA citizens, relatives of Swiss citizens, long term resident in another EU/EEA country and their relatives
must use a different form.)

Copy of passport pages that show my identity and my passports expiry date
Civic registration certificate entitled Familjebevis fr uppehllstillstnd (family status for a residence
permit) which states the referees registered address, marital status, children, etc. This can be ordered
by him/her from the Swedish Tax Office and must not be older than three months.
