SALARY ALLOCATION
JOB COMMENCEMENT/LOCATION
The working environment will be within the cities of Cameroon, but keep in mind that there are some other projects out of
Cameroon. Thus, employees are obliged to travel to other cities within Cameroon or other countries outside when the need arises.
Every employee is expected to report immediately to the Senior Human Resource Manager upon arrival to conclude prospects of
orientation and other logistics.
ACCOMMODATION
You will be responsible for your first month accommodation (housing) during the 1 month of training. This will be your only
responsibility for your contract with the company. You have been assigned the responsibility of housing yourself for the first 1
month of training because you need to present proof of accommodation document and your visa to the Ministry of Housing and
Urban Development upon your arrival in Cameroon before you are granted full access and permission to work. The company will
offer you free accommodation in the workers residential area only after you have completed your 1 month training
MEDICAL EXPENSES
We will provide you with comprehensive health care and medical checkup, every month of working, employees will undergo a
series of medical test and checkup.
WORKING HOURS
You will have five (5) working days a week and you are going to work eight (8) hours a day and within the eight (8) hours of
work, One (1) hour is meal break.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Recreational/sports facilities shall also be made available at the disposal of all expatriates with no expenses to be incurred.
Laundry and dry cleaning services will also be made available to all expatriates by the company's laundry and dry cleaning unit.

VACATION PERIOD
You are entitled to 35 days paid holidays per year; Leave period can be schedule in weeks interval depending on employees
decision.
LATENESS
You are expected to be punctual and respect your working hours. If for any reason you will be late for an hour and above, you are
expected to pre-inform your supervisor.
SICKNESS OR INJURY
If you are unable to come to work because of sickness or injury you are to inform your supervisor.
The only payment for sick leave will be statuary sick pay. You are appropriately expected to provide the following procedures
1. Let your employer know as soon as possible about your health situation.
2. If you are off sick for more than three days, feel in form SC1 (self-certificate of sickness).
3. Provide a medical certificate if you are off sick for more than seven days (7days)
You must respect the company privacy and maintain a professional approach at all times.
You should keep any information gained in the course of working for this company confidential and not discuss their affairs with
others.
Save with their specific permission, failure to respect it privacy and confidentiality may be considered as a disciplinary offense.
Supervision and support will be given by your employer or their agents on regular basis to ensure your skill are developed and
strengthened. Opportunities for appropriate training and learning will be considered by your employer and their agents.
GRIEVANCES
Any grievances will be raised directly to your departmental manager(s) they will deal with them at earliest available opportunities.
Any grievances that cannot be resolved between you and your departmental manager may be resolved by a third party who shall
be agreeable by both parties according to your contract terms, example HR Manager / Employer.

DISCIPLINARY PROCEDURES
These procedures are aimed to encourage improvement in your performance and conduct to ensure that your employer treats you
fairly depending on the seriousness of the circumstances in the event of poor performances or minor misconduct.
Problems will first be addressed with you informally by your manager and or HR manager, if no improvement is made then your
employer will then use the outlined methods below at each stage you will be offered the opportunity to put forward your views, a
third party agreeable to both sides can represent you have the right to appeal against any disciplinary decision using the appeal
procedure below.
If your conduct or performance is unsatisfactory by your employer, you will be given an oral warning which will be recorded in
your employer's file with the date and issue concerned. The warning will be disregarded after six months of satisfactory services.
If the offense is serious and there is no improvement in your standard or if a further offense occurs, you will be given a written
warning. This will include a reason for warning, a note that if after six months of warning you do not improve, a final warning
letter will be given to you.
If your performance or conduct is still unsatisfactory you will be given a final written warning which will be stated that if after a
month the same occurrence or conduct is noticed, you will be issued a dismissal letter.
STAGE 4: DISMISSAL
If there is no satisfactory behavior or conduct you will be issued a dismissal letter. For more serious problems, your employer may
skip stages to implement sanctions on you. Example, if you are suspected for gross misconduct you will be suspended and further
investigation will continue and if it is confirmed, you will be dismissed immediately and effectively.
The following offenses give an indication of act which will be considered as gross misconduct:
APPEAL
If you must appeal for any disciplinary decision, you must do so within five working days. Your Manager will hear the appeal and
decide on it as impartially as possible, any appeal that cannot be resolved between you and your Manager / HR Manager can be
settled by a third party agreeable to both parties.
RELOCATION BENEFITS
A round trip flight ticket will be provided to employee(s) who are not within Douala-Cameroon and one other person (wife,
husband or two kids maximum) only. You will need to forward to us the documents of the person you will be coming along with.
TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT
A. Under the Fair Work Act 2009, your employment may be terminated at any time by providing you with notice in writing
in accordance with this table:
You are entitled to an additional week’s notice if you are over 45 years old and have completed at least 2 years of continuous
service with the employer on the day the notice of termination is given.
If you wish to terminate your employment you are required to provide the employer with prior notice in accordance with the table
at (A) above.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The terms and conditions referred to in this document constitute all of the terms and conditions of your employment and replace
any prior understanding or agreement between you and the employer. These conditions may only be varied by a written agreement
signed by both you and the employer.
GENERAL
Any changes to this agreement will only be valid if they are in writing and have been agreed and signed by both parties.
LAWS
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Federal states of Cameroon.
