The Parliament of Aureaterram enacts: 2

1 Flora and Fauna trading 5
This Act may be cited as the Flora and Fauna trading Act 2014. 6
2 Commencement 7
This Act commences on the day after this Act receives the Royal 8
Assent. 9
3 Extension to external Territories 10
This Act extends to every external Territory. 11
4 Definitions 12
In this Act: 13
Flora: Plants eg. Trees. 14
Fauna: Animals/magical creatures eg. Cheetah 15
Poisonous: A substance that can hurt you and others eg. Venom 16
I llegal: Something you cant do or be eg. Stealing 17
5 Implementation 18
This Bill will prevent harmless animals being stolen, killed and 19
sold. It will also prevent poisonous plants from being sold, used and made into 20
drugs to be sold. This law will be enforced by the Trade Wardens. 21
This bill will not need to be funded as no new equipment will need to be 22
introduced to the trading industries. 23

If this law was broken there would be penalties which would be decided on 1
what they had brought in. The penalties would go from warning to large fines 2
depending how rare or illegal the item was. 3
