As I mentioned GroupDocs.Viewer does not support videos. You can't show them through it.

The Viewer is based on the GroupDocs.Viewer (http://groupdocs.com/dot-net/document-viewer-
library) for .Net stand-alone library. Almost all things can be customised there. But on the
Enterprise plan you have to discuss the details with our sales department or with our venture
lead. Technically the UI can be fully customised.

But I don't know about the Enterprise plan, it's not in my competency.
