Tripping over loose wires, dropping equipment. Anyone who is nearby. Making sure wires are tucked away and being careful with equipment. Low Could clearly mark the wires so they are more visible if left out. Setting up the chairs. Personal injuries. Person setting up the chairs and the audience. Being careful with the chairs and spacing them evenly so the audience doesnt get hurt. Low Move any bags out of the way so that you do not trip over while carrying chairs. Working the PA desk. Limited space around the console and you could electrocute yourself. The technical staff. Dont have too many people up there at once and being careful while using the console. Low Dont have any liquids on the desk and prevent people from crowding around it. Taking equipment down. Dropping equipment, lifting heavy items, tripping over wires. The person carrying the equipment and anyone else who happens to be nearby. Being careful carrying equipment and moving the wires out of the way. Bringing audience into drama hall People pushing or tripping over. The audience. Bring them in in an orderly fashion and make sure theres nothing to trip over. Low Open more than one door so its easier for everyone to come in. Volume of audio output during performance. Damage to hearing, headaches. The audience and technical staff. Having full control of the volume levels during performances. Low Keep the speakers an appropriate distance from the audience.
