Engine and pump controller

Check status of the LED for red
If red, replace the
controller
If not red, troubleshoot
power supply to
operators monitor and
data link circuit

Open or short in the data link
circuit

Check communication between
engine and pump controller
and CAT ET

Check status of the LED for
yellow:
If yellow, troubleshoot data
link circuit (pull-up voltage
test)
If not yellow, troubleshoot
operators monitor

No Power supply to engine and
pump controller

Check status of LED for green:
If green, troubleshoot data
link circuit (pull-up voltage
test)
If not green, troubleshoot
power supply circuit
Check fuse
Check battery voltage

No Power supply to operators
monitor

Troubleshoot power supply to
operators monitor
Consider pull-up voltage test
on operators monitor on data
link circuit


Auto travel
does not shift to low

Faulty controller
(open or short in the output
driver transistor
of the engine and pump
controller)

Perform pull-up voltage test

Solenoid Failure

Check for active/logged fault
Perform device test on the
solenoid (amperage)
