To Whom It May Concern:

It is with great pleasure that I recommend Ms. Stephanie Woodall for an elementary teaching
position in your school. Ms. Woodall is an exceptional teacher, and serves as an extraordinary
instructional leader and facilitator in the classroom.
After completing her Bachelors degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education, Ms.
Woodall then made the decision to pursue her Masters degree. Ms. Woodall has advanced her
academic career by working to complete her Masters degree in Early Childhood/Elementary
Education by August 2014.
In August 2012, Ms. Woodall was moved after the beginning of school to Southview Elementary
due to a reduction of numbers. We were very fortunate to have had an opportunity to provide
such a caring environment for our students. Ms. Woodall stepped right into her new role, began
observing and working with the other Kindergarten teachers, and preparing for her new
classroom. She was eager to learn new things, new strategies, and how to successfully provide
the most effective instructions possible for her students. Ms. Woodall quickly became a valued
part of our faculty and her grade level. She actively participated in grade level planning, RTI,
and data meetings. At the end of the year Ms. Woodall left Southview because she was getting
married and moving out of town.
Ms. Woodall exhibits a positive attitude and is genuinely dedicated to helping her students learn
and excel. She shares an excitement with her students that is contagious. Ms. Woodall makes
every effort to expose her students to activities that are hands-on, in which students are actively
engaged, and that encourage the use of technology. Ms. Woodall moves at a pace that keeps her
students actively involved, excited, and working hard without even realizing it. She models
respect and academic excellence with her students instilling in them a desire to improve
academically, to strive for excellence, and to develop a love for learning.
Ms. Woodall will be an excellent addition to your faculty. Without hesitation, I recommend Ms.
Woodall for any position at your school. She is truly an example of what an outstanding teacher
and leader should be for all students. If you have any questions, please feel free to call me
at 345-6722.
Sincerely,
Jami Patrick
