    IFChasbeenretainedbytheGovernmentofMexicoCitytoimplementaPublicPrivatePartnership(PPP)encompassingtheconstructionandoperationofthreeAnaerobicDigestion
    facilitiesthat,together,shouldbeabletotreatthetotalityoftheorganicwastegeneratedinthecity(theProject).TheProjectsmainobjectivesare(i)toincreasetheCity'scapacityto
    processanddisposeorganicwastegeneratedbyMexicoCitythroughthestructuringandexecutionofaPPPfortheconstructionandoperationofthreeAnaerobicDigestionfacilities(or
    otherenvironmentallyfriendlysolution),eachofthemabletotreat1,000to1,200tonsofwasteperdaywithhighbiodegradablecontentand(ii)maximizetheproductionofelectricity
    derivedfromtheefficientuseofthebiogasgeneratedbytheselectedtechnology.
    IFCintendstohireaconsultanttoundertakealloftheengineeringandtechnicalstudiesnecessarytothetransactionstructuring.

    Theconsultantwillbeafirm.
    SUBMISSIONREQUIREMENTS
    TheWorldBanknowinviteseligibleconsultantstoindicatetheirinterestinprovidingtheservices.Interestedconsultantsmustprovideinformationindicatingthattheyarequalifiedto
    performtheservices(brochures,descriptionofsimilarassignments,experienceinsimilarconditions,availabilityofappropriateskillsamongstaff,etc.forfirmsCVandcoverletterfor
    individuals).Pleasenotethatthetotalsizeofallattachmentsshouldbelessthan5MB.Consultantsmayassociatetoenhancetheirqualifications.
