Apology to Dr Rajan Mahtani by the

Managing Director of Hotellier Limited

The Managing Director of Hotellier Limited, Odysseas Mandenakis, wrote an apology letter to Dr Rajan
Mahtani, the chairman of Mahtani Group of Companies, for causing great embarrassment and distress
to him, Finsbury Investements Limited, Finance Bank Zambia Limited, its officers as well as the affiliates.
The letter was written to Dr Rajan Mahtani on June 17, 2013. He expressed his grief for having made
false claims against Rajan Mahtani repeatedly and that he wishes to withdraw all the allegations that he
has made from the different Zambian authorities.
