REF : EXTRA ORDINARY GENERAL MEETING (EOGM)
This is to notify all on an EOGM scheduled for 3
rd
May 2014 at Kenya National sports council poolside restaurant
commencing 1000hrs. Please be notified the agenda of the meeting shall be:-
Karate Regions Demarcations
This will enable all know their respective areas when Regional Elections begin this May. Be also informed the
draft KKF constitution was adopted during the council meeting held on 26
th
April 2012. The KKF Elections will be
held on 26
th
July 2014. All regions will be expected to conduct their Elections before 30
th
June 2014. Under the
New KKF Constitution the following positions will be contended for in all regions and KKF:-
1. The Chairman
2. The 1
st
Vice Chairman
3. The 2
nd
Vice Chairman
4. The Secretary General
5. The Assistant Secretary General
6. The Treasurer
7. The Assistant Treasurer
8. The Technical Commissioner
9. The Assistant Technical Commissioner
10. 4 Committee Members
11. Persons with special needs representative
12. The Female representative
After the above meeting all regions will be expected to communicate back their elections date promptly. We
wish all the best, peace and harmony during the campaigns as we look forward for a new Era in Karate
