Welcome,
We are pleased to have you interested in training with us the art of Shotokan karate. Please read and fill
the form appropriately to apply for a dojo membership.
REGISTRATION
New members are required to pay a one-time sum of 500/= for membership at the dojo. Every new
member will be issued with a club Identification card. Please provide the following information for the
same:-
Official names
Rank Kyu, Dan grades
Passport size photo

MEMBERSHIP
Members are required to pay a monthly charge of 1000/= per month.
NB: - MONTHLY FEE SHOULD BE CLEARED BY THE 10
TH
OF EVERY MONTH. PAYMENT FOR A
PARTICULAR MONTH IS CLEARED BEFORE TRAINING BEGINS.

TRAINING
Training begins at 6:00 AM in the morning and runs for one hour every day of the week except on
Sundays. Please observe punctuality.
