Frozen semen is available
for the following lines:
JSR Genetics now offer products from their Elite
boar lines in the form of frozen semen. Frozen
semen is better suited to longer transport
journeys, is immune to variations in external
temperature and when stored correctly, frozen
semen can be kept on farm until needed.

JSR enters only Elite boars into the AI stud, typically the top 0.6%
for Dam Lines and top 2.5% for sire lines. The high replacement
rate at stud of 100% per annum means our semen always
represents the very best genetics available at JSR, reducing lag
and maximising genetic improvement.

All semen collected is audited by both internal systems and by the
independent UK BPEX standards, as well as our world-leading
health monitoring programme and weekly veterinary inspections,
so our customers always get outstanding results without
compromising the health of their herds.
