SUGGESTIONS REGARDING FUTURE MARKETING STRATEGY

1. Expanding in tier 2 and tier 3 cities where people generally have less facilities for such type of
treatments , currently Sparsh have 15 centres in India , so they have a great opportunity for
expanding in pan India and creating a strong brand image as a lost cost high quality and facility
organization.
2. Future strategy should be totally focussed on the venture with hospitals and not playing solo , in
case if they plan to go solo and start a new hospital , it will become very difficult for the organization
to maintain low costs which is the USP and sole agenda of the organization.
3.India is a country of sentiments and values , people of India associate an image with the brand ,
the hospitals that are working in tie up with sparsh both get benefited with the work the Sparsh
nephrocare is doing in terms of image building and trust.
4. Social media awareness campaigns should be started through face book to create awareness
about the organization and facilities they are providing.
5.Referral Marketing can be done , to grab new ventures and thereby going a step further in
covering and serving the whole India .
6. Marketing can also be done through a small 2-3 minute movie that gives a proper insight of what ,
where and why sparsh nephrocare , which can be shown in theatres and multiplexes in the tier 2 and
3 cities to give information about the brand. This will help creating a positive publicity about the
hospital and sparsh itself.
