Programming Instructions
The appropriate barcodes must be scanned in the order listed below for the Scanner to
communicate with the PC. If you scan a barcode out of order, scan the Abort code, remove power
from your scanner for 30 seconds and start the programming process again. Before getting started,
ensure the RS232 cable is not plugged into the PC. After scanning the Save and Reset code, allow
enough time for the unit to restart. Do not scan another barcode until the unit beeps.

Com: The correct com port for your environment
Baud: 9600
Data Bits: 7
Stop Bits: 1
Parity: ODD
Flow Control: RTS
