    Team competency principle:



    The attribute of team competency includes the skills, knowledge, to develop, facilitate,
    and support the groups to achieve the goals of the organization.


    Explanation:

    One of the main points of this attribute of this is to determine the situations in which the
    Approach of the team is appropriate. Mr R recognizes that it is about having the team
    together with correct expertise in that area and then getting the best from that team as no
    one is as smart as everyone.


    Another point in this attribute is of applying the decision making methods and the
    technologies that are important to the issues, goals and the task that are confronted by the
    team. He knows that when there is a team that is capable of decision making, there are
    many things that you can let go.
