This workshop will help you better understand the
Individualized Education Program (IEP) for children
and youth who receive special education services.
When you better understand the IEP process, and
how to participate, your child will get the services
they need to be successful in school.
Understand the basic IEP components and how they
work together

The present level of academic achievement and
functional performance (PLAAFP statement)
Writing measurable goals and objectives
Support services
Plan implementation

Who should attend: families of children/young adults with
disabilities/ learning challenges, school staff, community
members and organizations.
