Venice
Do you ever have a dream destination? I have one. It is Venice, the most beautiful
city in the world and world famous for its canals. Venice is a city in Northern Italy. It has
been known as the City of Water, City of Bridges, and City of Lights. The city
consist of 118 islands. The islands are connected by around 400 bridges. Transportation
within the city is by foot or on water. There are two choice of water transportation. The
first one is classical boat, we called it Gondola. This is the best methods for tourist to get
around the city and enjoy some of the amusing attractions that Venice has to offer, it is
also used for weddings or another ceremony. The second one is modern transportation,
it is kind of water taxi or water bus which used by Venetians to travel from an island to
another islands. We can see the citys landmark there, the first one is Piazza San Marco.
It is a perfect hangout spot for tourist and Venetians. The second one is Rialto Bridge, it
is the most popular and visited bridge in the city because of its design. The city is also
known for its romantic view, we can see it in those movies, the gondola drifting along
the river especially at night. I wish I could visit this unique city someday.

Ranu Kumbolo
Last year was the best year for me, because I went to Ranu Kumbolo for the very
first time with my college friends. Ranu kumbolo is a mountainous lake located in
Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park, East Java. We can travel throught Lumajang or
Malang to reach the gate of BTS National Park. After we arrived at the first gate, we
called it Ranu Pani, we must go trekking around 10.5 kilometres in a mountainous area.
But our tiredness worth with the beautiful scenery that Ranu Kumbolo has to offer. We
can open camp there because actually, Ranu Kumbolo is a place for climbers to spend
their night before they reach the top of Semeru mountain, Mahameru. But unfortunately,
there isnt any bathroom there. We really come back to nature. We can be thankful with
Gods creation. The panorama of Ranu Kumbolo will not be forgotten by climbers who
have been there.
