As per the assignment allotted and issued, the place of business was
inspected on 30-10-2013. This is a case where the mass inspection was allotted in respect
of sweet stalls on the eve of Diwali. The dealer is only a reseller and not a manufacturer
of sweets. The store is run by the employees only. Bills are issued for each sale. Festival
orders are accounted. All the prep[ared sweets are purchased by one dealer M/s Cow and
Cane Mysore Road Bangalore who is a manufacturer of sweets. The seller Tin is
29080097259. No discrepancies are noticed.

Since there are no discrepancies involved the file therefore closed at this end.
