As usual when I was waiting for college going students to fill the

classroom and not to mention along with their craps,I got to see
this cute little girl who I love to play with! just because of the fact
that her smile is contagious. She looked extremely elegant in
her colorful dress .she was too happy and obviously as her
teacher declared "class is off now" ..I saw her eyes twinkling with
joy . Slowly she could gather enough courage to face me at our
front office where I normally hang out .casually I questioned her
about the topic that she learned and "NOUN" she retorted, to
which I enquired again "throw me some examples" but to my utter
disappointment found her struggling too much to recall.
So I came with an idea which I read few days ago
while browsing a national newspaper which announced
" learning happens instantly when we get to see what we learn".It
is just like watching movies which we exactly narrate even after
decades.
I pointed towards several pictures of animals
pasted in the walls of our office,after which I initiated the journey
towards things and places by showing few pics of the same which
were kept in the vicinity and finally managed to illustrate her
name along with the reason that this is noun too........
I hope I didn't do justice to the topic I mentioned above until
now so let me reveal why It was remarkable because soon after
we were done, she lovingly approached me and told me to make it
more easier. To be honest,It thrashed my brave
attempts and prompted me to scratch my head but finally I
managed to make it more joyful by introducing the techniques
of abbreviation .
what next?
PPTA (person,place ,thing and animal)
Her joy knew no bounds and she was on cloud 9 as if she got a
hidden treasure .....
but I must admit now what she taught me
"kids are not kids ,they are mirrors who can
show us how far have we travelled?".
