Acknowledgement

This study is able to reach success in the help of several people gathering
together and working together. The study would not be as fruitful as it is without the
loving assistance, thank you.
First of all, the students are grateful to the Almighty God for the success and
completion of their study.
The students wish to express their sincere thanks to their own respective family
who relentlessly supports the study.
The students place on record, their sincere gratitude to the clinical instructors,
Ms. Hazel S. Inzo and Ms. Josephine Judith P. Alforte, for their persistent guidance and
encouragement. The students are extremely grateful for their professional supervision
and valuable assistance that make the whole study triumphant.
The students also thank Pasonanca KM. 7 Health Centre and their health
associates, name of the health workers in the barangay, who provided the students with
information regarding the selected area and great facilities that equated to the studys
accomplishment.
In addition, a thank you to the families of the selected area for their hand-in-hand
assistance, enduring cooperation, and the enthusiasm that contributed a lot for the
