To Whom It May Concern:

Shareen Russell is a student in Azusa Pacific Universitys Education Specialist Mild to Moderate
Credential Program. She will be eligible for an Intern Education Specialist Mild to Moderate Credential
with English Learner and Autism authorizatons when she shows verification of a full-time teaching
position in a Mild to Moderate setting. The position is subject to approval by the Director of the Special
Education Program for Clinical Practice purposes.

Shareen has met subject matter by passing the Multiple Subject CSET exam.

Due to coming changes from the Commission on Teacher Credentialing to the Intern Credential
program that will take effect January 1, 2014, this status of intern eligibility is valid through December
31, 2013.
