    STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES

    Experimantal Stand For Ratio Control (Model : SE 113)

    Start Up Procedures

    1. Ensure that all valves are set according to level control initial valve positions
    ( Non Self Regulating) outlined below:-

    OPEN CLOSE LEAVE


    ALONE
    HV 231 HV 232 HV 233
    HV 236 HV 235 HV 234
    HV 237 HV 239
    HV 238 HV 241

    HV 240

    2. Fill up sump tank T 601.


    3. Switch on the panel.
    4. Set the Control Mode switch to “ LEVEL” to engage the level control loop.
    5. Switch on pump P 601.

    Shut down procedures.

    1. Switch off all pumps.


    2. Open fully valve HV 620 to allow the water return into sump tank T 601.
    3. Switch off control panel power supply.
