Introduction
There are naysayers that will say the law of attraction is not a
law and that it is just positive thinking hype to make people feel good.
I ignore them and I encourage you to ignore them. Not so long ago it
was believed that the human body would succumb to disease or even
fall apart if it were to travel at speeds in excess of 25 miles per hour.
This warning first came out when steam engines were proposed as

practicing any one of the three keys that the world around you will
have changed in a positive way.
Before I introduce the first key, I’m going to make a few notes
about the mind, specifically, your mind. I’m not referring specifically
the brain, which is complex enough, but to the thinking part of the
mind that recognizes itself.
Some scientists have figured out that the mind think over
10,000 thoughts a day. I wonder how they managed to arrive at that
number, but I assume it is conservative as are most scientific facts.
Getting back to the law of attraction, it’s very easy to know what
you have been thinking. Just look at your own life. It is a direct and
indirect result of exactly what you have been thinking. Now some will
say, “But I have a big hairy mole on my forehead and I didn’t think of
or wish for that.” Of course not! Now one deliberately wishes for a
mole, a heart attack, or a cancer. However, it is more about the
quality of thoughts than the direct topic of the thought. If the general
quality of one’s thoughts is negative, then the resulting manifestations
will be equally negative.
No, those aren’t the three, if only it was that simple and easy.
Although, I should have added those three as prerequisites, I didn’t.

So, get that notebook to journal in, or if you are taking this
course live, then use the one provided. Your title page reads “My
Complaint Free Journey.” Now, put on that bracelet and begin.
The process is simple. Pick some Afformations from the topics that
follow or make up your own. If you choose affirmations, the same is
true. There are thousands of sources for great affirmations, but I
would start with the work of Louse Hay. Every day you should read,
write, say, and listen to them. Once you settle in to the Afformations
or affirmations that are uniquely yours, you will add the EFT tapping
techniques to facilitate opening the blockages to your energy system.
You should practice morning and night at minimum. Time to do the
work should not be an issue. This process can easily be completed
while commuting to and from work.
All three keys work together and there is no conflict. While one of the
keys may appeal more than another, they all will work together. When
using EFT and Afformations, some good Afformations to start with
are these:
“Why do I complain less each day?”
“Why is it so easy to compliment instead of complain?”
“Why is my glass always half-full?”
“Why do I always find reasons to be grateful?”

Why is love all that really matters?
Why do I forgive myself?
Why am I finally free at last?
Why am I so blessed?
Why is life such a miracle?
Why do I have more than enough time,
money and energy to do all that I want?
Why am I so lucky to be me?
Why do I seek first to love and
know understanding will follow?
Why does my family life express love?
Why do I enjoy such balance and harmony in my life?

Louise Hay is an excellent source of affirmations. You can also tap

As you take time to write your new story, you bring forth
tremendous power from the Universe, and all of it is funneled into this
very specific moment in which you now stand.
If you are feeling good or happy, you will attract people who feel
the same. Since you attract or invite into your experiences the others
with whom you interest, the people who surround you in traffic; the
people you rendezvous with while shopping; the people you meet
while you’re walking; the subjects that people discuss with you; the
way you are treated by your waiter at the restaurant; the money that
flows into your experience; the way your physical body looks and
feels; the people you date; it is of value to understand the power of
your now moment in time.
Smaller parts of your new story are like paragraphs in the book
of your life. They are much easier to manage than attempting to
tackle the entire story at one time.
Your next journal will be where you tell your new story. Start out
with specific things. If you generalize on your life you will get bogged
down. Start simple. Perhaps with something new you want or a single
thing or situation you want to change. For example, if you
procrastinate about exercise, and feel too tired to exercise. You want
to change that, but have held back anticipating the difficulty. You
might tell your new story like this:
