Case Study (name yet to be decided)

The case study competition aims to bring together the collective intellect and assimilates
innovative solutions, breakthroughs, good experiences and best practices that can help change
the status of given problem.
Kick-off
Individuals and teams register with a group name under one case study. Each individual or
team may only submit one proposal for the entire competition.
Proposal
All teams are then asked to attempt a selection case and submit a business proposal that will
be assessed by the selection panel for the competition.

Competition and SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats)
Strategic alignment and USP (unique selling point)
Risk assessment and analysis
Sustainable outcomes of the solution and operational impacts
Stakeholders
Team implementation strategy
Financial plan
Feasibility analysis
Exit Strategy
Presentation
The top teams from stage two will be invited to take part in the third stage, which will involve a
different and more complex case. Teams will be given the case and have the weekend to work
on their business proposal. Teams will then present their findings to a panel of corporate and
academic judges with presentations (7mins) being delivered in final round.
Rules & Regulations
A team of max 3 members allowed.
All interpretations of these rules and decisions of the judging panel and organising team
in all matters related to the Case Study are final. The judging panel and organising
team reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual they find or
believe that participants have:
Tampering with the entry process or the operation of the competition,
Violated these rules, or
Plagiarised the idea or some parts of it
Under all circumstances, the decision of the judging committee will be final
