Sub : Inviting applications for 50% space rent subsidy
for participation in international exhibitions

Sir,

Directorate of Industries implements the scheme for 50% space rent for
participation in international exhibitions. The applications are hereby invited
from the units having participated in international exhibitions during the financial
year 2009-10 and 2010-11.
The last date of the receipt of application is 28
th
Feb.2011.
The applicant unit fulfilling the following conditions are eligible.
a) The unit must be under micro and small category as per the definition
specified in MSMED Act 2006.
b) The units which have availed the benefit for more than five times and for
more than five years, are not eligible.
c) The exhibition should be of international level as certified by concerned EPC.

The application in the prescribed form should be supported by the following
documents :-

1] Certificate of participation in International Trade Fairs/ Exhibitions
from ITPO/Concerned Export Promotion Council as alongwith approval
of ITPO to Exhibition.

2] C.A.s certificate in respect of expenditure incurred for participation in
trade fair.

3] An affidavit in prescribed proforma (Annx. A)
(Rs. ----------------------- Stamp paper)

4] Copy of Entrerpreneurs Memorandum Part- II under MSMED ACT 2006

5] Actual Payment Receipt of net amount paid to the organiser towards space/
Ground rent.

6] Additional Information as follows:





The prescribed proforma of applications and the formats of the relevant
documents are enclosed herewith for ready reference.
You are therefore requested to disseminate the information to your
member units and encourage them for applying under the scheme.
