Love, Something for My Country

Love is something that everyone desires. It is a precious thing and probably the most
precious above all things. Love is something to be treasured especially if it is an underlying love,
like our love to our own country. To love our own country is an act of heroism and a martyr way
of patriotism, but how can we show our great love to our country?

As a Filipino, I can show my great love for my country by merely loving things that are
part of my culture. Through speaking our own language, the Filipino language, makes me feel
that I can chow my great patriotism for my country. Through following some Filipino traditions
like bowing on the hands of the elders, I can show my respect to other people and also respect
for my country. Any good things that we can do, matters for our motherland. To bring glory
through good deeds is a thing we can reward to our country.

Love is not just an ordinary thing; it is a precious thing we can reward to our motherland.
Our glory for our country brings dignity to everyone. Our love must not last for years or century;
it must be an everlasting thing that should never fade. Love is not just an ordinary thing,
because it is something to be treasured forever.
