VENUS IN PEGASUS

Pegasus will rise at east, Venus will drop through Pisces and into Cetus, and a new
light will shine in the lower waters of creation. The Lamb of God does not rise at
east in this accursed epoch of Cetus. Aries is not an eastern constellation any
longer. The sun is associated with the Cetus constellation at spring equinox.
Hayagriva is the avatar who retrieves astrological knowledge when knowledge is
lost. Precession determines the ages of man and spirit, as the ascendant set shifts
in quality and number over the eastern horizon.

PRECESSION

There is the Age of Lepus and Age of Orion, the age of the cowardly pharaoh and
age of Osiris, much as the Age of Pisces overlaps with the Age of Cetus. The Age of
Cetus III is the third subsection of the Age of Pisces. As precession returned to
astrology, we count 16 ascendants rising over our eastern horizon for this epoch.
The 88 ascendants form a solid body of knowledge, especially as applied to the
dwarf planets in remote epochs.

DWARF PLANETS

Modern astrology is a daily updated feed, where a newly discovered dwarf planet is
