Wawasan yang dimaksud tercermin dalam prinsip persamaan (equality), kebebasan, hak-hak asasi

manusia, serta prinsip musyawarah.

Therefore, the goals and the creation of a culture can only be implemented if the understanding and
deeper appreciation of the knowledge and culture knowledge is a key priority in the development of
society in Malaysia. Involvement and openness in government have a close relationship with
academics is a combination that should happen such as making policy or law relating to philosophy
or direction of national education.
It is so important for our country, because of the law and policy to be implemented not only in view
of the payoffs in terms of economics and management, but more than that. Application of human
value and form of experts in each field should be the main objective in forming the basis of an
education.
The most important thing is to make the person as a thinker who is not tied to any political party of
ideas, groups and certain sects. They are capable of arguing, and provide new ideas on issues. All
interests and concerns of the people must take precedence over all forms of personal interest.
In developed exceptional advancement of a civilization is good, some things should be carefully
studied. This was important to ensure that a strong foundation is built and strong. In addition, it
determines the extents of advancement of a civilization is moving and preserve this fundamental of
avoiding civilization that built it to fall. Therefore, how a civilization that collapsed in architecture
and is an important aspect in ensuring basic built really solid and strong.
So, of course the formation of cultural knowledge should be celebrated and understood by every
individual in the society in Malaysia. This is because it determines the direction of Malaysia for the
