Planting a Letterbox
The attached sheet allows you to track your letterboxes. If you only plant one letterbox,
youll probably not need the sheet. However, if youre planning on planting multiple
letterboxes, you may not remember the specics of each. That is what the sheet is for.
Letterbox Planting Sheet
The sheet is designed with a one-inch margin on the left so it can be punched and placed
in a three-ring binder.
Name
This is the name of the letterbox. It can be a name, number or dened
by any system that makes sense to you.
Contents
List out what you put in the box as well as the type of box. This will allow
you to replace items of the same or similar quality when necessary.
Contact
You may think youll have the same contact information, but things change.
Write down the contact information you put in the box. If it changes, you
can review your sheets and know which ones need to be updated with
current contact information.
Location
Where you placed the letterbox as exact as you can be.
Clues
You may need more lines. If that is the case, attach a sheet. When you go
to update the letterbox, you can follow the clues and make sure they are
still accurate.
Clues Placed
List places you placed the clues both online and physical locations.
Stamp
Write out the title of your stamp and / or stamp an image of it. This
is especially important if you intend to create a series of stamps.
