Identification and authorization

We need the following documents from
you in order to guarantee you the high
est level of security and data protection.

Identification
Certified identification or a copy of your passport
that has been officially stamped or certified by
a notary public.
The most secure and easiest form of identification
is a copy of a Yellow Identification. You can
get this at any post office in Switzerland on
presentation of an official form of identification
(passport or ID card).

A copy of your passport that has been offi
cially stamped or certified by a notary public
will also be accepted.

Authorization
We need written authorization in order to lawfully
receive postal items on your behalf.
Please print out the Swiss Post Box authorization,
fill it in and personally sign it.

Authorization

accept on my behalf postal mail addressed to me, including registered letters requiring
a signature.
I confirm that I am and authorize Swiss Post
to accept all mail which can be received via Swiss Post Box, specifically including registered mail (R),
on my behalf. Swiss Post will sign on my behalf for all mail addressed to me. The items will be considered
to have been delivered to me once they have been received at a correspondence address.
