Vodafone India Services Private Limited (VISPL) is a Shared Services Centre, fully owned, operated and
controlled by The Vodafone Group - the worlds largest and one of the most geographically diverse
telecommunication companies.
We provide a complete suite of Technology, Network Operations, Finance & Administration and BPO
sourcing solutions with a relentless focus on providing the best-in-class services to Vodafone Operating
Companies spread across the globe out of our Shared Services Centers located in Pune and Ahmedabad.
Currently more than 5000 VISPL employees and associates are working out of Pune, Ahmedabad and
Bangalore.
We aspire to deliver solutions that create new benchmarks in service excellence and aim to extend our
operational efficiency resulting in cost arbitrage for Vodafone Group Companies.

VISPLs Contact Centre Business handles in-bound and out-bound calls for customers in domestic and
international markets. We also manage Customer Service Operations, Back office, Email/Chat and
Business Intelligence for the Vodafone Group companies.
CCB Domestic business based in Pune provides solutions with respect to prepaid customer services for
Maharashtra, Goa and Mumbai circle. CCB provides prepaid customer services for International and
Domestic market.
VISPL at Ahmedabad delivers inbound and outbound customer care services to Vodafone India Limited.
We are currently managing 16 work streams for VF UK.
