Dear UCH UExcel Board Members,

I have been at my current position in the Neuro ICU as a clinical RN for 7 years now. I graduated from
UMN in 2002, was a nurse in Minnesota for 2 years then became a travel nurse for 2 years. I then took a
position at UCH in 2007. In 2010 I received my promotion to level III RN. I have really had the
opportunity to grow as a nurse at UCH. I have been a preceptor, relief charge, and taken on many unit
projects. I think my expert clinical skills and leadership make me a valuable asset to UCH. I look forward
to continuing to grow, take on opportunities and challenges in the future.
