INTRODUCTION: The variable workstatus is categorical variable and having the nominal scale
therefore we will use here bar chart and pie chart for the graphical representation.
OBJECTIVE: To identify the different category of the work status for the american society.






Out of 2023 respondents, 1005 are working full time and 53 are temporarily not working.
Out of 100% of the respondents 50% are working full time and 2.62% are temporarily not working.

The long distance telephone bill variable is numerical and represesnts the ratio scale so we will use
histogram and OGIVE for graphical representation

OBJECTIVE: To identify the shape of the distribution of the long distace telephone bill.

To identify the Shape of the distribution
From the histogram we observe that the data is positive screwed that means few of the residential
subscribers have high amount bill. This histogram is bimodal.
Out of 200, 108 bills are ie 30% are small. There are few telephone bills in the middle range and near
about 30% of the bills having the amount more than $90, thats why right skewed.
