Connecting the Device

1. PlugthecablecordormobileantennaintotheTVconnectingendoftheUSBTVtuner
stick.

Note:ConnectthecableforanalogTVreception.PlugthedigitalantennafordigitalISDBT
TVaccess.

2. InserttheUSBTVtunerstickintoanavailableUSB2.0portonyourPCorlaptop.

Note:DonotplugyourUSBTVtunerstickintoaUSB1.1port.Itwillnotwork.




Installing the software:
ThefollowingstepswillguideyouthroughthestepsforinstallingtheArcsoftTotalMedia
software.
1. OnceyouhaveproperlyinstalledtheUSBTVtunerstick,youwillseeadialogboxof
FoundNewHardwareWizard.Justclickcancelandgetreadytoinserttheincluded
KWorldinstallationCDintoyourCDROMdriveforamoreconvenientinstallationofthe
software.
2. PleaseinserttheincludedinstallationCD
3. Themaininstallationscreenwillappear.PleaseselectMultimediasoftwareanddriver
underQuickInstallation.

4. PleasereadthroughtheEndUserLicenseAgreementandthenclickNext.

5. YouwillbeaskedtochooseeitherTypicalInstallationorCustomInstallation.Itis
highlyrecommendedthatyouchooseTypicalInstallationasitinstallstheneeded
driver,TotalMediaandotherutilityprogramsforyou.However,youmaytickon
CustomInstallationifyouwishtoinstalltheprogramsindividually.

6. TheInstallShieldWizardofTotalMediawilltakeashortmomenttoprocess.Pleasebe
patient.

7. ThedialogboxofWelcometotheInstallShieldWizardforTotalMediawillappear.
PleaseclickNexttocontinue.

8. PleasereadthroughtheLicenseAgreementandthenclickonYes

9. PleaseentertheCustomerInformation.Youcanmakeupausernameandacompany
nameandthentypeintheserialnumber.

10. PleaseSelectadestinationfolderforinstallingtheTotalMedia.Youcanclickon
Browsetobrowse/chooseotherdestinationfolders.Then,clickonNext

11. InstallingtheTotalMediawilladdnewprogramiconstotheprogramfoldersonthelist
ofExistingFolders.YoucanenteranewnamefortheProgramFoldersorselectone
fromtheexistingfolders.ThenclickNexttocontinue.

12. Theinstallationmaytakeawhile.Pleasewait.

13. YouwillseeadialogboxinformingyouInstallShieldWizardComplete,whichmeans
theTotalMediahasbeensuccessfullyinstalled.ClickFinishtoexitthewizard.

Activating the TotalMedia

1. ToactivatetheTotalMediasoftware,pleasemoveyourmousecursortoStart
ProgramsKWorldMultimediaTotalMedia.or
2. DoubleclickontheTotalMediaicononyourdesktop.
