The CRC announces its new Colleague Recognition Scheme to acknowledge and reward
the effort, enterprise and achievements of co-workers who have contributed to the emerging
success of the organisation.
Colin Pinfold explained !The CRC has inherited three different but similar reward schemes
from the previous Probation Trusts. "n September #

, the CRC launched its own recognition
scheme, which will run on an annual c$cle. Colleagues can make a nomination at an$ time
and the winners will be recognised at an$ relevant CRC conference or meeting.
!The scheme is not exclusive and other CRC initiatives such as drives on innovation, cost
saving suggestions and %&'( idea competitions would be complimentar$.)
CATEGORIES FOR AWARDS
There will be a number of categories for awards. *owever, nominations for outstanding work
which does not neatl$ fit into a categor$ are also positivel$ encouraged.
The categories are
+nnovation and improvement
+mprovements to the service user and customer experience
+nspiring colleagues
,emonstrating CRC values
Creative and effective casework or intervention
-orking in partnership
.ost outstanding and/or improved team
'chieving and sustaining reductions in re-offending
Reducing costs or ideas for generating income.
