PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

High solids self-leveling epoxy based coating specially designed to give hard wearing and excellent mechanical
properties along with excellent chemical resistance and aesthetic appeal.
It provides excellent mechanical properties like mar and rub resistance and scratch hardness, chemical and saline water
resistance and also provides excellent resistance to chemicals, Lubricating oils, petroleum and related products.

RECOMMENDED USAGE

Used as high performance ideal flooring for chemical and pharmaceutical industries, electronic assembly area and
workshops, food processing industries and textile industries, railway depots showrooms.

8. APPLICATION METHOD : Brush or Airless spray or roller coating
9. DRYING TIME : Surface dry: 2.30 -3 Hrs.
Hard dry : 16-18 Hrs.
Full cure : 7 Days.
10. RECOMMENDED DFT : 200 Microns
11. RECOATABILITY : 16-18 Hrs.( If desired )
12. POT LIFE : 4-6 Hrs
13. SHELF LIFE : One year in separately sealed drums
